The result is a marvellous base for cocktails and mixed drinks. Also, who taught that dog to dress so smartly?! It’s putting us all to shame!

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
