This is a complex and balanced gin with a floral yet fruity aroma and notes of bergamot, grapefruit, and meyer lemon. The flavor is herbal with notes of angelica, and cardamom, with a lively finish of pepper and juniper. Produced in less than 300 bottles per batch using non GMO grains.
