From the mind/still of Felipe Camarena finally available in California. Green/herbaceous roasted agave with ample minerality. Aerated for 24 hours for a softer, more buttery mouthfeel. Well water only, no rainwater. Aged three months in ex-bourbon barrels. Confirmed additive-free.
