Description
Riazuleño Clasico is made with agave Espadin in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven and they aredistilled twice in a copper column still. This has aromas of ripe tropical fruit, sweet agave, and smoke. The palate is sweet with notes of cinnamon,limestone, and minerals.
