Nose: Nuts and Roasted Peanuts, wood smoke. Acid notes from citrus fruits, orange and lime. Cardamom, rosemary, lavender and peppermint. Light caramel and cooked agave.
Palate: Rosemary, fresh herb, ginger, cinnamon, slightly smoky, black pepper, mineral and sweet at the end. Cooked agave and chamomile.
