Clapham’s Trinity restaurant has launched its own Trinity English Garden Gin, a collaboration between chef Adam Byatt and Wandsworth’s Green Room Distillery. The botanicals were selected to capture the aromas of an English garden in summer, featuring jasmine, hibiscus, and chamomile. As such, it’s floral and bright, perfect for some seasonal serves.

Distillery Information

Green Room’ Distillery was set up by Duncan McLean and Seb Frost, two friends who were working in the theatre industry that was so heavily impacted by the lockdown in 2020. Having acquired a copper pot still from a friend in France 3 years earlier, Duncan’s design studio was converted into a distillery before launching Green Room Gin in 2021. Green Room Distillery partners with the charity BACKUP, which supports technical professionals in the entertainment industry, with £1 being donated from each bottle sale.
