The original Wolfe Brothers were 20th-century jewellers based in Leeds, whose store became the site of a micro-distillery at the start of the lockdown back in 2020. With bars shut, a group of like-minded hospitality veterans piled together to fulfill a long-held ambition to create a cracking Yorkshire gin.

Wolfe Bros London Dry Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Juniper and Scots pine aromas are balanced with grapefruit and lemon citrus.

Palate: Bold and bright with big fresh herbs, warming citrus, and savoury elements from piney juniper and cedar wood.

Finish: Fresh and zesty with bursts of coriander, a fresh citrus lift and a light floral finish.

Born at the start of lockdown, with bars shut and little else to do, a group of like minded hospitality verterans got together to do something they’d wanted to do for years, make a cracking Yorkshire Gin. ​ In a small corner of a bar in Leeds, steeped in history, the receipe was born. Our classic London Dry Gin, bursting with fresh citrus is also the canvas for our Raspberry & Hibiscus Gin. A full strength, vibrant fruit gin.
