Honouring Bladnoch’s traditional style, this malt is brought together using a blend of three different woods – ex Bourbon, ex Sherry and ex Whisky – and finally finished in brand new American Oak.86.4 Proof / 43.2% ABV
TASTING NOTES
Aged oak, sweet vanilla, ginger
COLOR
Pale gold
NOSE
Quite rich and malty. Orange peel, honey with spicy toasted vanilla and grassy notes.
PALATE
Soft, rich and tongue coating. Spicy honey, gingerbread, a hintof Seville orange and sweet vanilla oakiness.
FINISH
Lovely balanced oak, lightly drying and spicy
