Family made, vintage (2011) Peruvian Pisco made from Estate grapes. First time it is available in the US. Blended from several aromatic grapes including Quebranta. It’s lightly floral, like gin, with a touch more weight than vodka. This is smooth, perfect over ice or in the classic Pisco Sour.
