The Domaine Lumineux Reserve Pinot Noir is a pure expression of Pinot Noir, madefrom 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine undergoes a 16-month aging process in French oak barrels, with 40% being new oak, which adds layers of cedar and cloveto its aromatic profile. The blend consists of 35% Block B Clone 114, 24% Block D Clone 943, and 41% Block E Clone 115, each contributing unique characteristicsthat harmonize into a complex, well-rounded wine. Upon pouring, the wine revealsa deep, inviting color that hints at the richness within. The nose is greeted with an alluring and exotic spice profile, where woody notes of cedar and clove take center stage, mingling with the essence of the Dundee Hills’ terroir.
