One taste of A Midwinter Night’s Dram alongside a cozy fire will surely transport you to a dreamlike state. This limited release whiskey is a sumptuous marriage of our Rendezvous Rye finished in both port and French oak barrels. 

Mash Bill: 

• 95% rye, 5% barley malt from MGP
• 80% rye, 20% malted rye from High West Distillery
• 53% rye, 37% corn, 10% barley malt from Barton Distillery
• 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley malt from Barton Distillery

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: Herb garden, sweet vanilla, cherries, and a hint of dill
• Palate: Prunes and dates, dried cherries, vanilla, oak, more herbs, rye spice.
• Finish: Fresh mint, earthy, mixed berry pie filling, a bit of lingering oak and cherries.
