55-gallon new American oak for a minimum of 4 years is mingled in a small batch with older bourbon. Then a second maturation in French Oak Casks for 3 to 6 months – Merlot and Chardonnay Casks washed in Aged Brandy. Aged Brandy distilled by Long Island Spirits from local wineries.Blending: After each batch is blended, we marry them into brandy-washed wine barrels for the marriage of the whiskies as well as added character.

Nose: Floral to the nose.
Palate: Smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor with hints of caramel, vanilla.
Finish: Wonderful warm finish.
