The finish is creamy and nutty in the vein of almonds.

Hannō City, located in the northwestern region of Saitama Prefecture, with highly convenient transport from the Tokyo Metropolitan area, is a city overflowing with natural beauty making it a popular tourist attraction. Hannō City is also home to a wide range of individualistic and appealing stores! In this article, we will introduce you to one of these stores, Igarashi Brewery, which has been brewing Japanese sake in Hannō City for years! Igarashi Brewery was built at the convergence point between the Naguri River and the Nariki River, which flow through the city. Founder Kyūzō established the Igarashi Brewery here after falling in love with the clean air of the city and the underground river water that flows all the way from the Okuchichibu mountains. At Igarashi Brewery, not only can you directly purchase the famous sake Tenranzan, but you can also take a tour of the brewery!! We started our visit by perusing the large variety of delicious Japanese sake, such as Tenranzan, available for purchase at the brewery store. The Igarashi Brewery shop sells a wide range of Japanese sake made on site by the company. There are also a number of special limited-edition products only available in certain seasons!
